Google Business Profile management

Your Google profile, kept current every month.

Posts, photos, answers to questions, categories, hours and review replies, handled on the Google Business Profile that shows in Maps and the local results. $149 a month on its own, or included in Local SEO.

The problem

Why this costs you work.

For most local businesses the Google Business Profile is the first thing a customer sees, before the website and before the phone call. It is also the part that gets set up once and forgotten: hours that changed, a category that was never right, no photos since the first year, questions nobody answered and reviews nobody replied to. Google's own help says businesses with complete and accurate information are more likely to show up in local results, and that replying to reviews helps a business stand out. Keeping that current is a small job that has to be done every month, which is why it rarely is.

How it works.

We set it up, train it on your business, and run it. You answer when you want.

  1. Fix the basics first

Check the profile against what Google asks for: the right primary and secondary categories, accurate hours including holidays, the service area, the services list and the attributes that apply. Anything wrong or missing gets corrected in the first week.

  2. Post and add photos every month

Regular posts about the work you are doing and the season you are in, and new photos of real jobs, so the profile reads as an active business rather than an abandoned listing.

  3. Answer questions and reply to reviews

Questions on the profile get answered, and every new review gets a reply, including a calm one to a low rating. Google's help says replying to reviews shows customers you value their feedback.

  4. Tie the profile to your website

The profile links to the right page, and your homepage links back to the profile. 38% of the 923 contractor homepages we checked in October 2026 had no link to their Google Maps listing.

Common questions.

How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
Nova Solutions charges $149 a month for Google Business Profile management on its own. It covers categories, hours and services kept accurate, monthly posts and photos, answers to questions and a reply to every new review. It is also included in Local SEO at $597 a month.
Can you pay Google for a better ranking in Maps?
No. Google's Business Profile Help says there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking. It says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and that complete, accurate information, more reviews and positive ratings can help. Management keeps the parts you control current; it cannot buy position.
What is the difference between Google Business Profile management and local SEO?
Google Business Profile management covers the profile itself: categories, hours, posts, photos, questions and review replies, for $149 a month. Local SEO at $597 a month includes that and adds service-area pages on your website, citation building and cleanup, and monthly on-page work.
Do I need a Google Business Profile if I already have a website?
Yes. The profile is what shows in Maps and the local results, often before the website. Google uses it to match a business to nearby searches, and it is where customers read reviews and find your hours. The two work best linked to each other; 38% of the contractor homepages we checked had no link to their Google Maps listing.
