Local SEO

Rank in the areas you actually serve.

Service-area pages, citations, on-page work, and Google Business Profile upkeep, done every month. Showing up when someone asks an AI assistant is part of the same work, not a separate product with a separate price.

The problem

Why this costs you work.

Most local SEO stalls because nobody keeps doing the unglamorous parts: citations drift out of date, service-area pages never get written for the towns you actually work in, and a Google Business Profile sits untouched for months. None of that is a one-time fix. It is ongoing maintenance, and skipping a month is how the gains from the last six slip back.

How it works.

We set it up, train it on your business, and run it. You answer when you want.

  1. Service-area pages for where you actually work

A page for each town or metro you serve, built around what that market searches for, not a copy-pasted template with the city name swapped in.

  2. Citations and on-page work, kept current

Business listings stay consistent across the directories that matter, and on-page structure, headings, and internal links get tuned every month rather than set once and left.

  3. Google Business Profile, actually maintained

Posts, photos, Q&A, and categories kept current, so the profile reads as active rather than abandoned.

  4. The same work is what gets cited in AI answers

A page built to answer a real question clearly is exactly what Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity pull from when someone asks an AI assistant instead of searching. There is no separate step for this.

What's included.

Set up, tuned, and managed for you.

  • Service-area pages for the towns and metros you serve

  • Citation building and cleanup across the directories that matter

  • On-page SEO: structure, headings, and internal linking, tuned monthly

  • Google Business Profile management: posts, photos, Q&A, categories

  • Shows up in AI answers as part of the same work, never billed separately

Common questions.

Do you do GEO or AI search optimization separately from SEO?
No, and we won't sell it to you as a separate line even if you ask. Showing up when someone asks ChatGPT or a Google AI Overview a question is a byproduct of a page built to answer that question clearly, which is the same work as doing SEO properly. Quoting a separate price for it would mean charging twice for one piece of work. It is included in Local SEO, not billed on top of it.
What is the difference between GEO and SEO?
In practice, less than the term implies. SEO is optimizing a page to rank in search results; GEO (generative engine optimization) is optimizing to be cited inside an AI-generated answer. The techniques that work for one, clear factual content, real structure, answering a specific question directly, are almost entirely the same techniques that work for the other. We treat them as one line of work because that is what they are.
How much does local SEO cost?
$597 a month, flat, stacking on any website tier. No setup fee, cancel anytime. A narrower option exists too: Google Business Profile management alone, from $149 a month, if the full line is more than you need right now.
Is SEO still worth it with AI search growing?
The two are not in competition the way they are sometimes framed. AI answer engines still need something to read and cite, and the pages that get cited are the same well-built, clearly-answered pages that already rank in ordinary search. Doing SEO properly is not becoming obsolete: it is becoming the same work that also wins the AI-answer surface.
