For plumbers

Your hands are full. The phone still gets answered.

An AI receptionist that picks up while you're on a job, asks what's leaking and where, and sends you the details. If a call does get missed, a text goes out within 60 seconds.

The problem

Why this costs you work.

A plumber can't take a call with both hands on a shutoff valve, and someone with water on the floor won't leave a voicemail. They call the next plumber on the list. A person at the desk would fix that, but most small shops can't pay for one to wait by the phone.

How it works.

We set it up, train it on your business, and run it. You answer when you want.

  1. It answers by voice

The caller talks to it and it asks the questions you'd ask: what's wrong, where they are, how urgent it is, and the best number to reach them.

  2. You get the details

The job details land in your pipeline so you can decide what to call back first when you come up for air.

  3. Missed calls get a text

When a call rings out, an automatic text goes out within 60 seconds so the customer knows someone is on it.

The numbers.

How the service works. Your setup depends on your phone system and how you take jobs.

Common questions.

Will my customers know it's AI?
It doesn't pretend to be a person. If a caller asks, it says so. For most callers with a problem, what matters is getting a quick answer and knowing someone will call back.
Can it handle an emergency call?
It can ask how urgent the problem is and flag it for you, but it can't fix a leak or promise a time you haven't agreed to. You decide how urgent calls should reach you when we set it up.
