Do I give up ownership of my data?

No. You keep every original, in your own systems, exactly as it is today. We license one de-identified copy under buyer-specific terms you approve.

Is my data kept away from competitors?

You approve the buyer before anything moves, and license terms restrict how the copy can be used. We work with AI labs and model developers, not other businesses in your industry.

What does this cost me?

Nothing upfront. We only get paid if you accept an offer and the deal closes, as a percentage of that deal.

Does my company qualify?
